Lahcen Abahri. He attended to every detail and always communicated with me. He ensured all my requests were met. I thank him so much! The hotel has amazing amenities. The staff was friendly and cute.

The location provides convenient access to the upscale shopping areas nearby. Menara Mall is also close. A taxi ride to the square takes very little time, which makes the location quite convenient.

The breakfast had delicious options. The tea guy, Muhammad, was cheerful. He served tea all day. The 5 o'clock chocolate table was a cute touch!!!

There is a beautiful pool and a lush garden setting. The pool is clean with lots of towels provided. Sun beds and umbrellas are available. This made for very relaxing days.

The reception and concierge services were helpful both at night and during the day. The team consistently shows compassion and generosity. I felt deeply cared for, and everyone showed consideration for my feelings.

broken sockets urine smell
Breakfast had enough choices for everyone. It was acceptable.
My superior room was booked for 3 adults. The room setup was only for 2 people, what a mess. I waited for an hour for an extra bed to arrive and I still had to request the third set of towels. Bedside power sockets were broken and the shower stank of urine.

sweet touch fresh options clean pools
I particularly enjoyed the chocolate hour. It provided a sweet touch each day. the breakfast buffet was extensive. it featured many choices and fresh options. i found the pools very clean with plenty of towels available.
